Pros

Great location with walking access to a lot of restaurants and bar scenes. Nice apartment and lake view with good amenities and a great pool, which is the perfect location for 4th fireworks.

Cons

Lived there during Covid, homeless everywhere. Had extended elevator outage, but comped rent for it.
