Cons

1. Neighborhood makes living there miserable - tons of stray aggressive dogs wandering around, neighbor listens to music in his car at all hours of the day and night, gunshots heard at least once a month on that street. 2. HVAC doesn't cool the primary room or 3rd story well at all and HVAC cooling coils have matted dog hair and mold (see picture). 3. Backyard is all dirt and no grass grows, becomes a mud pit when it rains. Large roof leak when it rains but apparently that has been fixed (see pictures).
