Pros
New appliances, corner unit with great nature light, easy access to stairs and parking garage, and good insulation so HVAC doesn't run constantly.
Cons
Occasionally hear the upstairs neighbor walking around and cars revving their engines through the Pearl. Will update if more Cons arise.
