Pros

The property is in a prime area off I-35. HEB is 10 minutes away. Quiet neighborhood. Clean amenities. Parcel lockers for packages.

Cons

Construction in the area. You also have to carry your trash out to the dumpster as they do not offer a valet trash service. There was also changing online portal services to pay rent so it was confusing at times on where to pay.
