Pros
Spacious, with a nice layout and the area is very quiet. Large backyard, updated appliances. Landlords are the best. Very responsive and willing to negotiate the rent rate
Cons
The fence wasn’t as secure as it should be for a newer home. Had a big wind and the slats blew off.
